2. Eligibility for Refunds
Events and Programs: If you need to cancel your registration for an event or program, you must do so at least 30 days before the start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the event or program start date may not be eligible for a refund.
Retreats: Cancellations for retreats must be made at least 30 days before the start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the retreat start date may not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at accounts@magentaenterprises.com with your name, contact information, and details of your purchase. We will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 days.
4. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including:
- Digital products
- Services already rendered
- Non-refundable deposits for retreats

No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.
