As the monsoon returns, so does our tradition of planting and offering — in gratitude, in hope, and in harmony with the Earth.
You are warmly invited to join us for a day visit, or for a longer stay of one, two, or three days to celebrate by planting trees at our serene campus and nearby villages. We especially welcome children and students to participate — for theirs is the world we are preparing through these green and grounded efforts.
Over the past years, supported by enthusiasts like you, this once-barren land has been transformed into a sanctuary of trees and bushes, visited by birds and butterflies.
Like in previous years, this year too, the Utsav includes outreach to local schools and villages where they have requested for fruit and flowering trees — offering us a chance to contribute directly to rural greening.

REGISTRATIONS GUIDELINES:
- Registrations are open and shall close as soon as we reach the number of entries equals maximum capacity plus waitlist.
- Kindly note that registration does not automatically confirm your participation in the self-retreat.
- Once the registration request is accepted, contribution details will be communicated to the participants on their registered email IDs.
- We request that you wait for at least 2 days before contacting us for any confirmation related information.
- Only registered & confirmed participants will be allowed to participate in the event.
- NO spot registrations will be permitted.
- Registration slots are non-transferable.
- Number of seats is limited. They will be allotted on availability and various other criteria.
- All members are requested to ensure that their TSF profiles are completed with Citizenship and passport size picture.
- Please carry identification proofs of all participants for verification at the venue.

- Option D / G : Single Occupancy (2 Days + 1 Night): ₹3,953
- Option J : Single Occupancy (3 Days, 2 Nights): ₹7,906
- Options E / H : Double Occupancy (2 Days, 1 Night): ₹2,773
- Option K : Double Occupancy (3 Days, 2 Nights): ₹5,546
- Options F / I : Quadruple Occupancy / Dormitory (2 Days, 1 Night): ₹1,593
- Option L : Quadruple Occupancy / Dormitory (3 Days, 2 Nights): ₹3,186
This contribution covers the stay for each option, all meals and various expenses for infrastructure arrangements etc., required to conduct this event.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

- All refunds will now include GST charges.
- Partial refunds will also include a proportional refund of GST charges.
- The refund will be processed within 7 working days
