Swadhyaya & Ayurveda Self-Retreat

On the 3rd anniversary of The Sacred Grove, Chowdepalle, we are delighted to introduce our first integrated Swadhyaya and Ayurveda Self-Retreats—an immersive experience in solitude, self-inquiry, and holistic wellbeing.

Since their inception on 03.07.2022, Swadhyaya – Centre for Exploring Consciousness, and ArogyaM – our Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Centre, have welcomed seekers in search of a conducive space for Self-Inquiry, and healing. Many have moved between the two, deepening their journey through both self-study and therapeutic care.

This July, for the first time, the two Centres are coming together to offer retreats that blend Self-Inquiry with classical Ayurvedic care, supported by Nature, Community, and the Teachings from different traditions.

Retreat Dates & Duration Options

  • 3–9 July: 6-day retreat or shorter 3-day option (6–9 July)
  • 11–17 July: 6-day retreat or shorter 3-day option (11–14 July)

Swadhyaya – A Solitude Retreat Centre

ArogyaM – Ayurveda & Yoga Wellness Centre

REGISTRATIONS GUIDELINES:

  • Registrations are open and shall close as soon as we reach the number of entries equals maximum capacity plus waitlist.
  • Kindly note that registration does not automatically confirm your participation in the self-retreat.
  • Once the registration request is accepted, contribution details will be communicated to the participants on their registered email IDs.
  • We request that you wait for at least 2 days before contacting us for any confirmation related information.
  • Only registered & confirmed participants will be allowed to participate in the event.
  • NO spot registrations will be permitted.
  • Registration slots are non-transferable.
  • Number of seats is limited. They will be allotted on availability and various other criteria.
  • All members are requested to ensure that their TSF profiles are completed with Citizenship and passport size picture.
  • Please carry identification proofs of all participants for verification at the venue.

  • TSF ID is required for the primary participant. Please carry identification proofs of all participants for verification at the venue.

100% 7 days or more prior to the start of your arrival date
75% 5-6 days prior to start of your arrival date
50% 4 days prior to start of your arrival date
Non-refundable 3 3 days or less prior to the start of your arrival date
  • All refunds will now include GST charges.
  • Partial refunds will also include a proportional refund of GST charges.
  • The refund will be processed within 7 working days
