Shivarathri Stay at The Sacred Grove

To facilitate your participation in the Shivarathri celebration, we take pleasure in organizing your stay at The Sacred Grove, an initiative of The Satsang Foundation, located just 27 km from the Madanapalle Ashram. 

Please note: To attend Shivarathri celebration at the Madanapalle Ashram, a separately confirmed registration is required. This booking is exclusively for your accommodation at The Sacred Grove during Shivarathri 2026.

We can help organise transport to the Madanapalle ashram on nominal rates and shared basis, which guests can avail of by getting in touch with us once their registration has been confirmed.

The Shivarathri stay will be from 14 February 12:00 pm to 16 February 10:00 am. 

We look forward to supporting your journey and making your stay peaceful and comfortable.

Those wishing to simply stay at the Sacred Grove before or after Shivarathri may register for additional days here.

  • Registration for the Satsang will start on Saturday, 17th January 2026 at 11:00 A.M IST and shall close as soon as we reach the number of entries equals maximum capacity plus waitlist.
  • Kindly note that registration does not automatically confirm your participation in the Satsang.
  • It will take a few days to process the registrations. Once the registration request is accepted, contribution details will be communicated to the participants on their registered email IDs.
  • Number of seats is limited. 
  • We request that you wait for at least 2 days before contacting us for any confirmation related information.
  • Only registered & confirmed participants will be allowed to participate in the event.
  • NO spot registrations will be permitted.
  • Registration slots are non-transferable, and the participation contribution is non-refundable.
  • The number of seats is limited. They will be allotted on availability and various other criteria.
  • All members are requested to ensure that their TSF profiles is completed with Citizenship and other details.

CONTRIBUTIONS:

Option A: Triple Sharing - ₹ 5,546 /-

Option B: Dormitory Package (4 occupants): ₹  5,074 /-

Option C: Dormitory Package (6 occupants): ₹ 4,366 /-

This contribution covers stay for  2 days and 2 nights including the meals.

Above price(s) are inclusive of 18% GST. Food is also included as part of the package.

REGISTRATIONS DETAILS:

  • A Unique Identification number (UID) is required for everyone between 13 and 70, to register for any event of The Satsang Foundation.
  • Members with existing unique TSF ID can register by logging in to their account at https:/mepl.satsang-foundation.org/. Individual profiles on the TSF web app need to be completed before registering for the event.
  • New members can click here to generate their unique TSF ID first and then register for the event.
  • If you would like to register with a family member, or a friend, along with you, it can be done only if you have their unique TSF UID/registered email. Create their unique ID before registration begins and keep it handy with you.

Refund Amount Excluding GST Time Period
100% 15 days or more prior to the start of your arrival date
75% 14-8 days prior to start of your arrival date
50% 7-4 days prior to start of your arrival date
Non-refundable 3 days or less prior to the start of your arrival date
  • GST component will not be refunded in any case
  • The refund will be processed within 7 working days
