  • Registrations are open and shall close as soon as we reach the number of entries equal maximum capacity plus waitlist.
  • Kindly note that registration does not automatically confirm your participation in the Retreat.
  • Once the registration request is accepted, contribution details will be communicated to the participants on their registered email IDs.
  • We request that you wait for at least 2 days before contacting us for any confirmation related information.
  • Only registered & confirmed participants will be allowed to participate in the event.
  • NO spot registrations will be permitted.
  • Registration slots are non-transferable, and the participation contribution is non-refundable.
  • Number of seats is limited. They will be allotted on availability and various other criteria.

The Sacred Grove, located amidst the tranquil surroundings of rural Andhra Pradesh, welcomes you to share with your children an educational experience that fosters a deep connection with nature and its five elements while nurturing their curiosity and imagination.

In this retreat, you and your child will have the opportunity to engage in various activities carefully curated to introduce the five tattvas. Our experienced resource persons are passionate about interacting with children, ensuring that the learning experience goes beyond the confines of traditional classrooms.

You can join in as a family or let your child explore independently - this retreat welcomes both.

  • A Unique Identification number (UID) is required for everyone between 13 and 70, to register for any event of The Satsang Foundation.
  • Members with existing unique TSF ID can register by logging in to their account at https:/mepl.satsang-foundation.org/. Individual profiles on the TSF web app need to be completed before registering for the event.
  • New members can click here to generate their unique TSF ID first and then register for the event.
  • If you would like to register with a family member, or a friend, along with you, it can be done only if you have their unique TSF UID/registered email. Create their unique ID before registration begins and keep it handy with you.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Refund Amount Excluding GST Time Period
100% 7 days or more prior to the start of your arrival date
75% 5-6 days prior to start of your arrival date
50% 4 days prior to start of your arrival date
Non-refundable 3 days or less prior to the start of your arrival date
  • All refunds will now include GST charges.
  • Partial refunds will also include a proportional refund of GST charges.
  • The refund will be processed within seven working days.
