Guru Purnima falls on Wednesday, 29th July 2026.

Registrations for Guru Purnima 2026 will commence on Sunday, 24th May 2026 at 08:00 AM IST and will remain open until midnight of Monday, 29th June 2026, or until the maximum number of available seats (including waitlist) is reached, whichever is earlier.

All are welcome to be in the gracious presence of Sri M.

Programme Schedule:

The tentative duration of the celebrations will be from the morning (11:00 AM) of Wednesday, 29th July 2026, until the morning (08:00 AM) of Thursday, 30th July 2026.

The main programme will conclude on the night of 29th July. A group meditation followed by breakfast will be held on the morning of 30th July.

Venue : The Satsang Foundation Campus, Madanapalle (Google Map Link)

Participation Fee (Per Person):

Participation is available under the following three options:

Option A – Without Accommodation
Fee: ₹1,800

• Includes Vegetarian lunch, evening tea & snacks,  dinner on 29th July and morning .tea & breakfast on 30th July.
• Participants under this option must make their own accommodation arrangements.
• A list of hotels in Madanapalle is provided at the end of this document.

Option B – Dormitory Accommodation
Fee: ₹2,400

Includes:

• All facilities under Option A
• Dormitory accommodation (classrooms converted into dormitories) at the venue for one night (29th July)

Option C – Ashram Room Accommodation
Fee: ₹3,300

Includes:

• All facilities under Option A
• Triple-sharing room accommodation inside the Ashram premises for one night (29th July)

Important Notes

• Due to space constraints, only limited persons can be accommodated at the dormitories and hence bookings for option B & C will be on a first-come-first-booked basis.
• In case accommodation under Options B or C is unavailable, participants will be informed and offered registration under Option A.
• Participation fee contributes towards food as well as infrastructure and event arrangements for the celebrations.
• Registration under one of the above options is mandatory for participation.
• If participants wish their driver to be served food at the venue, the driver must be registered separately under Option A.
• Option B accommodation is not available for drivers due to limited dormitory space.

Accommodation Guidelines:

Option B – Dormitory Accommodation

• Accommodation will be provided in classrooms of The Satsang Vidyalaya converted into dormitories.
• Common toilets/baths will be provided separately for women and men.

Option C – Ashram Rooms

• Accommodation will be provided in attached-bath rooms within the Ashram premises on a triple-sharing basis.
• Separate accommodation arrangements will be made for men and women.

General Accommodation Information

• Accommodation will be available only from the morning of 29th July until the morning of 30th July (one night only).
• Each participant will be provided:
  
  • One mattress
  • Two bed sheets
• Drinking water will be available in the dormitory area.
• Participants staying under Option C are requested to fill their own water bottles from dispensers available on campus.
• Participants are requested to bring:

  • Mosquito repellent
  • Torchlight
  • Umbrella
• We regret our inability to accommodate requests for:
  • Extension of stay
  • Early arrival

Registration Process:

• A valid TSF UID is required for registration.
• Existing Members : Members with a valid TSF ID may register through the TSF Registration Portal.
• New Members : New participants are requested to create their TSF ID and complete their profile, including passport details and required document uploads, before registration.
• Family / Group Registration: Participants registering family members or friends should keep their registered email IDs and TSF UID details ready.
• Please note: Registration is mandatory for everyone aged 3 years and above.
• Upon submission of the registration form, participants will receive an email regarding their registration status and further guidance.
• Responses will be sent within 10 days of submission.
• Participants are kindly requested to await confirmation and avoid contacting the organisers regarding registration status before the ten-day period.
• Additional programme information will be communicated to confirmed participants.
