  • Registrations are open and shall close as soon as we reach the number of entries equal maximum capacity plus waitlist.

  • Registration slots are non-transferable, and the participation contribution is non-refundable.
  • Number of seats is limited. They will be allotted on availability and various other criteria.

This retreat is an invitation to pause, to slow down and step away from everyday occupation and turn inwards.

Held in a serene and supportive ambiance, this retreat will be guided by Sri M’s Teachings on self-inquiry, awareness and meditation helping one to reflect on oneself and one’s relation with life. 

The Retreat centre at the Sacred Grove offers peaceful surroundings that nurture contemplation, meditation and meaningful connection with nature and fellow Sadhaks. Along with mindful listening and reflection, the self-retreat will include guided nature walks, hikes in the near-by hills, daily guided yoga practice, chanting, and wholesome, nourishing meals. Each day will gently conclude with a ‘Sanjh Baithak’ - an informal gathering to share stories, poetry, music, and chanting.

  • Nature Immersion: Quiet time in the lush green surroundings of our campus
  • Holistic Practices: Morning yoga and Yoga Nidra guided by our Yoga instructor
  • Sanjh Baithaks: Informal evening gatherings with soulful bhajans and sharing of stories
  • Wholesome Meals: Simple, nourishing food for body and mind

You are also welcome to explore Ayurvedic consultations and treatments at ArogyaM – the Centre for Yoga and Ayurveda, located within the campus.

CONTRIBUTIONS:

  • Option A - Single Occupancy :  ₹ 13,629
  • Option B - Double Occupancy : ₹ 10,089
  • Option C - Dormitory (Quadruple Occupancy) : ₹ 6,549

This contribution covers stay, all meals and various expenses for infrastructure arrangements etc. required to conduct this event.

REGISTRATIONS DETAILS:

      • A Unique Identification number (UID) is required for everyone between 13 and 70, to register for any event of The Satsang Foundation.
      • Members with existing unique TSF ID can register by logging in to their account at https:/mepl.satsang-foundation.org/. Individual profiles on the TSF web app need to be completed before registering for the event.
      • New members can click here to generate their unique TSF ID first and then register for the event.
      • If you would like to register with a family member, or a friend, along with you, it can be done only if you have their unique TSF UID/registered email. Create their unique ID before registration begins and keep it handy with you.

Refund Amount Excluding GST Time Period
100% 7 days or more prior to the start of your arrival date
75% 5-6 days prior to start of your arrival date
50% 4 days prior to start of your arrival date
Non-refundable 3 days or less prior to the start of your arrival date
      • All refunds will now include GST charges.
      • Partial refunds will also include a proportional refund of GST charges.
      • The refund will be processed within seven working days.
